Industrial Design, ArtPhillip K. Smith III (LA, 1972) is a magnificnt artist from LA who received his Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design. Building upon explorations in the perception of light, color, and space, he creates intensely physical and seemingly ephemeral sculptures.
His last work, an arc of mirrored posts, reflected the colours of the Southern Californian landscape as they changed throughout the day.
